Sarkady attended Lehigh Valley Christian High School before becoming self-employed in the construction field, his obituary says.
He also loved spending time outdoors and in nature.
Sarkady was known for his one-of-a-kind sense of humor and unique friendship.
He had a fierce love for his family, especially his nephews, according to his memorial.
“He had the ability to comfort and give perspective in times of need,” his obituary says.
Sarkady is survived by his parents, David C. and Valerie K. (Marshall) Sarkady; his grandmother, Dorothy Sarkady; brother, Jonathan Sarkady and his wife, Darlene, and their sons, Jace and Julian, of Martins Creek; sister, Kimberly Sarkady, as well as numerous extended family members and close friends.
Sarkady’s visitation will be held Friday, August 27 at James J. Palmeri Funeral Home on Alpha Avenue in Martins Creek.
Donations can be made in Sarkady’s honor to the Nature Conservancy.
